Kyudo (弓道 in Japanese "way of the bow") - is a traditional Japanese archery. This is martial art that has survived up to now since the days of the samurai, and promotes the harmonious spiritual and physical development of the practitioner human being.

The ultimate goal of Kyudo is to achieve syn-zen-bi (Jap.: "the truth" - "virtue" - "Beauty"). Japanese bow is asymmetric and the longest in the world (standard - 2,21 m), and his stretching technique involves a rational expenditure of physical effort, giving more importance to breathe correctly and elegant movements.

Due to this Kyudo has become popular not only in Japan, where even among beginners a lot of people of pensionable age, but also in the West, where more and more men and women of different ages are on the search path of truth, goodness and beauty.
